"I visited this small business on Friday, December 3, 2021, during lunch time, in Germantown. I stopped because the plants displayed outside captured my attention. I walked in an immediately noticed the green plants displayed around the shop. The ladies were very friendly, especially, the Tattoo girl, smile. One plant in particular caught my eye. However, I had a poor experience from the owner, Derrick. I told him my husband had died. This man literally, laughed. I mean laughed. I was taken aback. I started to return the goods I purchased. However, my better judgement said some people are who they are. The old adage, " 'You can judge a man's character, by when he makes a mistake.' " still holds true today. Derrick had my phone number. He could have called me an apologized for his insensitive laughter, but to No Avail. I do Not recommend shopping here. One and done, Derrick!"

I have very thick hair, and have had bad experiences with other salons and stylists rushing through the coloring process to fit me into a specific appointment time. Jordan was patient and so kind, and my hair turned out better than I could’ve anticipated. She even respected that I said I don’t get my hair colored often, and wanted a color that I didn’t have to maintain consistently. I will absolutely be going back to see Jordan!"
