"Ohhhhhhhhh…..big sigh…I am so sad to leave this review. I had a good experience the first few times coming to this salon. I was referred to a different nail tech that is better with ingrown nails or trimming the edges or the nail where the skin grows over. Her name is ally and she was very good! I was so pleased. I had gone back every 4 weeks a few times and all was great!!! The only thing that was a negative was that I felt pressured to upgrade to a fancier pedicure. Sometimes I had the money to do it. This last time I did not because I was also bringing my daughters for a pedicure. So I said basic only. Then it went down hill. She kept telling me she won’t trim the edges. Next time. Next time. …I said no I need it this time. That is why I’m here. I need them trimmed up. She finally said ok and did it (not very well I might add) but then she said to use another nail tech in the future. I was not rude or impatient but just clear on what I want. My daughter said I was being totally nice and she was shocked. My daughters. Ail tech was rude to her and did a very average job also. What a bummer. I will find a new salon."

"Went in for a manicure and had nails done. Came back for them to correct them when my polish didn’t last like it should and they had an attitude and polish wasn’t the color I wanted. When explained to them all they say was it’s pretty. Well, I thought I was the one paying and I’m suppose to get what I want. Will not be back."

"I got a pedicure and Bambi did an AMAZING job not only painting my nails but gave me the best massage I've had (it was much needed)! they have also renovated their pedicure area and its gorgeous and bright. thanks! will be back"
