Starbucks

"So I went in with my family and order drinks as a Christmas holiday treat. The hot chocolate was cold and the cookies were soft and wet as if liquid had spilled over them. I brought them back and young guy with curly hair had no sympathy for me and blamed me for my inconvenience. I didn’t receive any refund and no apologies. Does Starbucks not care about its customers anymore."

"Don't think I've ever waited 30 min for a drink before at any other coffee shop, even when they are busy. This one was busy, but I've seen busier, and the 3 baristas were moving really slow. Waited 25 minutes before I was able to get the attention of one to ask the status of my mobile order. He said it was coming up and I still waited another 5 minutes. All he had to say when I finally got my drink is "sorry for the wait.""

"Today I received the WORST treatment ever at any Starbucks that I've visited. At approximately 8:55am, I ordered a Grande Pike Place and Double Smoked Bacon and cheddar sandwich. After finishing my sandwich, at approximately 9:15am, I returned to the front to order a coffee refill. The woman who appeared to be either Asian or Hispanic asked me if I bought the coffee at the store. I replied of course I did. She responded that they were brewing a new pot and it would take approximately 4 minutes. As I reached in my pocket to grab a dollar to PAY for the refill, the woman asked again if I purchased the coffee at their location. I responded "are you serious?" THEN facetiously I stated "No I got it from San Francisco and I like riding from city to city with Starbucks coffee cups"..She stated that she would not give me a refill. I requested corporates # and to speak with a Manager. She brought someone who is supposed to be a manager and chanted call corporate several times and yelled the # over and over again stating call them. She was VERY RUDE, unprofessional, and borderline racist.I will NEVER return to that location but will make sure as many people know about this situation as possible."

"The worst Starbucks store in town. The baristas did not care about customers. They chit-chat the whole time. They were not friendly at all. We ordered online but still had to wait more than 30 minutes and had not had any drinks. Even we asked, the baristas were very rude and refused to take care of the orders but left. The store was very dirty and customers who came after me lined up and waited very long like me."

"Very good service from Jacob and Carol on Dec/12 around 10am. Thank you very much for handling the birthday reward issue. It was for my wife birthday. You made her day very good. Thank you very much."
