"I had an amp, and front and rear speakers installed here. I bought everything from DFM as they have a great selection in their showroom. It was a bit frustrating at first as the person who did the install did something incorrectly and things didn't fully work properly. I have a newer car with a complex stock stereo. When I brought the issue to the attention of the owner (Tom) he made sure that everything was taken care of in a very expeditious and professional manner. He had his lead installer take a look and he was able to (easily) figure out the problem and fix it very quickly. While it was a bit of stress for me, I have to give a nod to DFM for going out of their way to make sure that everything was done well and that I was happy. They truly care about their customers and I appreciate that. Any other stereo work that I want to have done in the future I will be back with confidence."

"They got me in right away on a Sunday! Very polite people service was fine and my new stereo was great. Only complaint was my speakers were already bad but they told us it would be fine, two blocks down the road after leaving my speakers shorted out and stopped playing immediately. We fixed it and worked something out only $130 for two speakers was very nice to see them get right on it."
