Sport Clips Haircuts of Germantown

"I drive a good distance to get there and I signed in by the register and after I signed in they were telling others to use the sign in by the tv. As I watched the names of those coming in after me signing in by the tv it put them above me on the waiting list. In fact there were 3 different people who walked in the door just sat down and were called back before me and I had been there nearly 1 hour. I stayed only because I needed a haircut. Then when I finally get called back the stylist calls 2 names at 1 time obviously because she knew the other person and I am not from Tennessee! It is really very disgusting that people can sign in online and not show up and yet instead of taking names off the list it allows them time after their time should be up to show up and get right in getting their haircut before others that have been there a lot longer! This is the 2nd bad experience at Germantown and it will definitely be the last time I will use the Germantown location! I've seen too many times that stylists with Sports Clips go to people they are familiar with instead of going down the list and that defeats the whole purpose! I highly suggest that Sports Clips puts managers on duty in all locations that will hold the employees accountable and there won't be any picking and choosing and the Germantown location employees they visit with you at the checkout if they are familiar with you but if they don't know you then you don't mean anything to them! Thanks for letting me know that Germantown because you really don't deserve to have that location the way you treat people! I'm not rich by any means and it shows and when people think they are too high and mighty to treat people equal then they have a serious problem!"

"Never will use Sport Clips again. Waited 30 minutes for the next available stylist and then was pushed back 30 minutes because the next stylist decided that she would rather take the guy behind me in line who had requested her. Her loss as I generally tip $20 on a cut. Just a terrible way to treat a customer."

"I went in to have Kenzie cut my hair. I downloaded pictures onto my phone of the style and cut that I wanted. She was able to apply her insight to the cut based on my hair growth and face shape. She gave me exactly what I asked for. She is very talented. See you back in a few weeks! Thanks, Nathan"

"Drove a pretty good distance to get the hot towel and massage. I even waited for over an hour, but I didn't mind because I thought I was going to get the best treatment there. I was wrong. Next time I'll just go to Supercuts. Wasn't offered a hot towel or a massage. Kind of felt like I was rushed out. I doubt very seriously if I'll be back."
