Had an appointment with Crystal today for a color correction and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She is very professional, knowledgeable and super sweet. "From the front of the house, to the salon chair, these ladies, were very accommodating and inviting. I thought I made an appointment at the wrong salon the ladies at the front desk we so polite and prompt about confirming that I was in the correct location. Victoria did my hair for the first time and I am in love with it!! I’m so excited to have her do some highlights and color on my hair later in the month. On the way out the ladies at the front desk were so informative and answered all of my questions about the products available for purchase. This is why I prefer Gould’s!"
