"I've been taking my cars to German motors for many years and I've always been impressed with the great work they do. I also have so appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of Tom and Jon. I would unreservedly recommend this shop. Today I called them because the key for my car had broken off from the electronic fob. Tom said bring it in and Jon would see if he could help. Jon painstakingly took the whole thing apart and with a great deal of patience fixed it for me. My car is a 2013 VW GTI so the fobs have changed since mine was made. This was a tricky process, but I now have a working key again. Thank you so much for your help Jon!!"
