"I took my son (6) & my daughter (20) to get haircuts. Our 3rd time there. The elderly lady with the limp is always rude but Ive ignored it & thought maybe she's just in pain. She cut my daughter hair and my daughter burst into tears asa we got in the car. She was rude (as usual) for no reason & cut my daughters hair about 2" shorter then she asked but the hair was wet so my daughter didn't realize how much she was taken off. She got tipped 5$ only because my daughter is a nice person although highly disappointed. The other elderly lady cut my son hair and stopped mid line up and would not finish because my son scratched his nose when she told him to be still. He gets his hair buzzed all the time and was being still other than scratching his nose about 3xs.. yes.. no sugar coating, he literally scratched his nose 3xs and that was enough for her to quit mid lineup. i will NEVER return. There was no warrant or reason for them to be so rude... We were nice and quiet. Maybe it's time for retirement but nobody wants to deal with unhappy rude miserable people who hate their jobs obviously. She didn't line up the back, or even so much as to blow the cut hair off his neck with a dryer. She just stopped."
