"I’ve never been more disappointed with a “high end” hair salon. I looked through their instagram and found two stylists that I liked, I had to go with my second choice because the first choice was booked out too far. I went in asking to be lighter but I wanted it to be a soft low-maintenance grow out and this is what my hair looks like a week later. My hair turned out super chunky and it looks like it’s already grown out for 8 weeks. I also asked for a haircut with a ton of layers want I wanted the “butterfly” cut, lots of layers around the face and after asking for more layers over and over I finally just gave up. Normally I would confront the stylist but I was so disappointed when I left that I cried in my car. So when I came home that I immediately booked another appointment with someone else to have this fixed because I didn’t trust the first girl to be able to correct how bad this looked. Update: so I saw the other stylist and she was very irritated with me the whole time, thought I was just trying to get a free hair service because of my review when that was never the case. I told her I never expected that and I knew what their policy was and that I was very happy to pay for it to be fixed so then she claimed she was going to get my fixed. Really she just made my hair darker. The whole appointment she was so rushed, had 2 other stylists work on my hair at various points with her and worked on the back of my head. She was just overall. It Looked great for a week and then faded so fast and looked even worse than before. I won’t be returning to this salon ever again. I went to a different salon 6 weeks later and she was appalled with how messed up my hair was and how bad of a color correction I needed, she said it looked even worse in the back than it did in the front. It took her 6 hours to correct the mess that was made from this salon."

"Wonderful Salon & atmosphere! Great customer service! I would highly recommend Maddie! She is experienced and “actually” listens to yr hair needs/ requests and delivers. Unfortunately I’ve experienced other hair professionals who (when my hair turns out different than requested) Will tell me politely., well this is the color that looks best on you! Unacceptable! Maddie fulfills your request! Top Notch!"
