"Shannon was absolutely amazing with doing makeup. She listened to me with my trial run and was willing to work with me. I had many complications leading up to my wedding and she was willing to go out of her way to help me in any way she could. Morgan did a fantastic job with hair as well. Listened to all my bridesmaids and myself as well."

"I would not recommend paying for the full service until after you have had your trial!! Im a bridesmaid in a wedding that is 3.5 weeks away and after the bride had her trial she was not satisfied with the outcome. She was told that the picture of her hair could not be achived and then she did a very bad job "accomplishing" the second picture. She also messaged the bride saying she will send her some photos of other hair styles. First off, you are not the bride you should not be trying to change her mind and second of you can't accommodate what she wants then let her know and refund her! The makeup the bride wanted was not correct either. Yes there was a contract signed stating that no refund is offered 30 days prior to the wedding. However, the first trial date was scheduled 30 days prior. Then 3 days before that appointment glam studios said she was sick and had to reschedule. The next date she gave the bride was past the 30 day window! Thanks for scaming us out of our money!!"

"My soon to be daughter n law and daughter attended a trial run after the owner was sick and had to reschedule. We all paid our money up front. When the hair or makeup wasn’t anything like our bride wanted, the owner refused to refund any money at all, as if she had performed all wedding day hair and makeup. This is very bad business and seems dishonest to keep the entire amount when all she did was a trial run which was rescheduled by the owner due to her illness. Then she blocked her so she could not communicate with her. So sad for such an important day. You would think that someone with this much experience could have a sympathetic heart for a bride, and at least just charge for the trial run. This precious girl has worked so hard and she and my son are paying for all this on their own."

"I attended a trial with a bride. The bride had her trial scheduled WELL before the 30 day cut off. 3 days prior to the trial, the artist got sick and stated she had to reschedule. Bride understood and waited to receive a new date for trial. The NEW date for trial was LESS than 30 days before the wedding. The bride was not happy and reached out to cancel services and get a refund. The artist refuses to give ANY funds back even though the ONLY reason the cancelation was bc the artist got sick and had to move the trial. The bride even stated she would be okay with a refund MINUS the deposit of around $277 since a trial was done. The artist then blocked the bride. The bride and bridal party now has to SCRAMBLE to find a NEW artist for hair and maekup. The contract the bride signed DOES NOT include ANY verbiage on extenuating circumstances due to the artist CHANGING the trial date. Not good business at all."

"Stole $1000 from a bride 3.5 weeks before her wedding and blocked her from contacting her. Edited to add because I can’t reply to the comment; her trial was less than 30 days because of YOU rescheduling. That gave her no proper time to determine if you were a good fit for her. She deserves a refund for everything but the trial. This is not good business."
