"I have found my new salon "home". They always get me in quickly, and I really appreciate that they work Saturdays. Mira is fantastic. She does exactly what I ask and it looks great. Reasonably priced and the atmosphere is peaceful."
"Kaydee Rowe is the best. I highly recommend her and studio 26. The girls There are so nice and help anyway that they can. They also have an amazing boutique with great prices!"
"Abby Lane is the best stylist ever! She always does an amazing job on my hair. I change my entire color numerous times a year. She is very fair priced and always fits me in. The clothing is nice and priced right too. They have a wide selection including a curvy section."
"Courtney did an amazing job on my hair! My hair is normally very brassy when I go blonde and I told her this at tge start of the appointment. She explained to me that my hair would take a little more work to get it where I want it and of course that would mean a little more money as well. Although I did spend a little more than I initially intended to, I would much rather have someone care about what I want and do what needs to be done to get it there even if that means extra time and a little extra money. I've had so many hairdressers ignore what I want and rush me out so they can move onto the next client, and im stuck with hair i hate or am just ok with until my next appointment. Courtney spent 3 hours on my hair and it turned out perfect. I had it done just 1 day ago and have had sooooo many compliments already. Did I mention she's 6 months pregnant as Well? She's a trooper! Thanks for your hard work Courtney! Your awesome!"
"I have been here before and used Groupon both times. The first time I had Erin who was super sweet and stayed late just to give me the perfect finishing touches. I got the partial highlight, cut, and style. Although she took quite a long time on me, she didn't seem to blame me for it at all. She was very nice. The second time I had Courtney. I work from 8-5 Monday-Friday and can only get in after 5:30 on weekdays. Because of this, I wanted to go in on a Saturday so that I wouldn't make her stay late and that way I wouldn't have to rush in order to make my appointment time. Well, first off, she said to me on the phone that she doesn't take "Groupon customers" on Saturdays (as if I was not important enough for a weekend slot)...so she reluctantly scheduled me for 6 on a weekday and made it seem like it was too late for her, as if she really didn't want to do it at all. I was trying to be accomodating so when she asked if I could try to come in any earlier I told her that I could try to get there around 5:30 if traffic allows. She asked me if I could get to the salon earlier than my appointment time not only over the phone once but also later in a text when she was confirming my 6 pm slot. I ended up making it past traffic after rushing and got there a little after 5:30. Come to find out that she wasn't even there waiting on me. Yup that's right. I got there early to wait on her. Anyway, I finally get to sit down in the chair so she can start my full highlights, cut, and style that I pre-purchased. When I tell her that I want my already blonde hair to have blonder highlights throughout she says that it'll cost me $10 per extra bowl of dye and that I will need about 2-3 extra bowls. I was not aware of this when I purchased the Groupon (thinking it was a set price) and my hair is definitely not long enough to use that many bowls. I tell her to do what she can but I could not afford to spend $20-30 extra on my hair since I wasn't going to get paid for another week. I said that she could use 1 extra bowl if absolutely necessary. She did use the extra bowl but for some reason the extra amount I owed on top of the Groupon was $20 and not $10. Anyway, I paid it. My hair turned out to have a nice highlight to it. Not as natural as I had hoped but ok. Since the example photo I showed her had a woman with tousled, wavy hair I thought she would do mine that way. But nope. She just blow-dryed it straight. Nothing like the picture. On top of it all, she was not very warm to talk to. I understand that she is pregnant and probably testy due to that but you can't bad-mouth your other customers to a customer! It makes them wonder what you'll say behind their back. And honestly? She ultimately didn't act like she appreciated my service that much. I really did try to be nice, of course, and hold a conversation but she made the experience not very enjoyable."
