"Where Tony is great on hair cuts and color he is lacking on customer service and timing, unless you are a relative or longtime friend! I have short hair, had been client for about a year, taking about 3 or 4 hours start to finish. Came early for scheduled appt, after 7 hours 40 minutes left, got home, went immediately back (approx 15 min drive) , asked to have couple more snips taken off right side neckline (to match left) rudely told me to “get in line” behind 3 other clients! Arrogant, talks behind clients backs, works on as many as 4 - 5 clients at a time. Will never be back!!! Very unprofessional!"
