"Worst haircut I've ever had. Showed the hairdresser a picture of a short pixie. I have been wearing my hair short for over 40 years. Usually when I get it cut it always ends up a little shorter than expected but this time was ridiculous. She just kept cutting more and more. Once it's to short then it's to late to say anything. Told her my husband doesn't like it when it's to short. She even made the comment that he's really going to hate this! Walked out with my hair less than an inch all over. Can not style it at all as it is just standing straight up. Yes hair grows back but in the mean time I have to look ridiculous. First bad haircut at this Great Clips. Not sure I will risk it again."

"I checked in online before leaving my house. When I checked in, it said that my wait time was 15 minutes. It took me 13 minutes to get to the store and when I got there an associate confirmed my name and told me someone would be right there with me. I sat for 20 minutes before I was taken back. Within the 20 minutes, I heard an associate tell another customer “when Niki gets here, you’ll be after her” yet I was sitting right there… another customer came in and was taken back right away all while I kept sitting. Then finally another associate came up and said “didn’t you say you checked in online?” Definitely took much longer than needed to get a trim and the unprofessional/out of turn scheduling was unpleasant. Thankfully my hair was trimmed nicely."

"Got an early morning cut for the first time! Amanda nailed the cut fast and on point. Thanks!! Convenient and quick. Always a clean store and courteous stylists! Also I like the style on file feature, it’s as if the last stylist is explaining to the current stylist what I need, in better words than I can tell."

"My fiance went for a trim. He asked for about an inch off. I don't know if she had some vendetta against long hair or something but she butchered his hair. BEFORE AND AFTER PIC BELOW. Last pic is the before picture where he's actually happy and smiling. The hairdresser Tammy was incredibly rude and kept insisting that he made the mistake of leaning or not being clear, when I was within earshot and could hear that he made it clear with her. She completely butchered his head and made his long haircut into a short one. The back is uneven and not cut right. She also had the audacity to tell me straight to my face "Now at least you can see his face during Valentine's Day". Completely unprofessional, passive-aggressive and one of the worst hairstylists I've ever met. I will be definitely calling tomorrow and giving them a piece of my mind since they decided to be completely rude and ignore what he wanted for a trim."
