"I love Sally's. It's my go to place to get all my hair stuff. However, never order ahead for pickup. Placed an order yesterday and put my husband as the pickup person, got the confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. When he got there, he had to wait for 30 minutes to simply pick up some toner that was supposed to already be ready and paid for. That's the whole purpose of ordering ahead, to not have to wait for anything, and he ended up having to wait for it. Very displeased with the ordering service. Dear Sally's. Fix this problem."

"I bought temp color that was supposed to be black. Ruined my Halloween costume. My hair is chestnut and all the dye did is make it darker chestnut. Directions are simple and easy to follow. Went to store they said it must be my lack of knowledge, when the directions are SO simple. The store gave me the national customer care #. I called. It took 45 minutes to reach someone and then I explained in great detail what happened, at that point she said she needs to transfer me. I wait on hold another 35 minutes. Great thing I have a headset so I could be productive during this wait time. I had to call back again. Took another 25 minutes to reach someone who gave me a $5 credit if I signed up to be a member. I hope this is not the way they treat a professional hairdresser! What a Sh{t# company!"
