Perfect Brows

"If I could give zero star I would. She left a whole on the right side of my eyebrow and the left and right didn’t match. She has never once been nice to me or even said hello. But when I told her they didn’t match and I didn’t like them she got mean and said well you tell me how to fix them. I said I have no clue you’re the professional. I was new to town so kept coming to this place despite her very nasty manners. Rudest lady in customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Dont go here you will be very unhappy."

Worst place ever DO NOT go here that tiny ugly Indian woman has absolutely the worst costumer service she yelled at me and pointed at me with her finger in the most disrespectful way. Worst person I’ve ever come across. I asked for her to clean up and shape it JUST A LITTLE BIT she took HALF MY BROW OFF. Yet she had the audacity to yell and complain. She told me to go to the mall eye brow place LIKE WHO SAYS THAT TO HER OWN COSTUMER. if you want your brows attached to your face do not go this disgusting place. WORST BROW PLACR AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER.!! DINGA LINGA LING DINGA LINGA LING"

"I am VERY displeased and disappointed in my experience there is a stout Indian lady with harsh makeup called “rosy or rosie” is what she told us and had no experience with any sort of customer service. I had come in asking for my brows to be done and without greeting or confirmation she blatantly told me to sit down and began doing my eyebrows without talking about what I wanted. She had thinned my eyebrows too thin and worked very aggressively. After she was finished, she had left all the hairs on my face with no clean up. She hadn’t asked if I liked my brows either. She was very forceful. After I gotten done I expressed that they were a little too thin for my liking in which she became very defensive after and claimed I had an attitude after simply critiquing her work on MY face! She told me “if you don’t like it, you don’t have to come back” and had completely forgotten about manners and customer service. After removing half of my brow, She blamed it on my eyebrows “ALREADY” being thin but failed to give me other suggestions and continued to make them even smaller? I do NOT recommend her. She is disrespectful to customers even after being cordial."

"Usually, I love this place and have been going for two years but this past experience was a complete nightmare. Told the lady I just wanted to clean up the edges of my brows and she threaded almost the entire brow off. Going to have to draw on my eyebrows until they grow back. Also did a hack job and they are not even what so ever. I am mortified. Will never be coming back."
