Salon Resolutions

"I have been going to the salon for about 11 years and getting my haircut by Debbie Hicks. There were times when I went in there that she wouldn't even look at me or say hello; should would just point to the sink where I was going to get my hair washed. Her colleague ,,the other Debbie, used to say hello when I came in there. Then she got to where she wouldn't even look at me. There were also times where Debbie Hicks would talk behind my back while I was still in the salon. I guess she didn't know I could hear her. She also spoke very badly about another colleague of hers which was not the other Debbie. I'm assuming it was Sandy. She told me some very private things about her that I think were very unprofessional of her to do so. If this girl knew what she told me, she would have been completely embarrassed and humiliated. There were times where I tried to schedule an appointment and she didn't have time, yet she would work overtime to take somebody in that was spending the big bucks in there. Many times I asked her to cut my hair a special way and she wouldn't do it; she just did what she pleased. She seem to always be in a rush when she did my hair,so it's no wonder I wasn't happy with the results. The last time I spoke to her I tried to make an appointment and she told me she had no availabilities for almost 4 weeks. Seriously? She made me so mad I told her thanks anyway and hung up. I realize my response to her behavior might have been over the top, so I apologize to her more than once. She never responded ! Now, she won't cut my hair. So childish and unprofessional. If you want to get stabbed in the back while you're still in the salon and like that, this place is for you!"
