"Sports Clips wants you to use their app and check in online. But it is a waste of time. Today I checked in online. My arrival/ scheduled time according to the app was 2:30 (approximately a 45 minute wait according to the app). When I arrived at 2:15, I gave my name. I was told it would be an additional 40 minute wait. I ask could I go next door in be back before the extra 40 minute wait. I was told sure, but nobody informed me that I would be pulled from the wait. After a short errand next door 15 minutes, I returned and waved to the manager who told me I could go next door. After several more minutes of waiting patiently, One of the stylists asked me my name. I replied and was informed I wasn't checked in. I explained I had checked in. The manager then said he pulled me from the list. So much for my free MVP on Veteran's Day. In frustration I left. Why check in on the app when it means nothing, such a waste."
