"I have been coming here for 2yrs and yesterday was my last day. Kay has been doing my Brazilian and it is done in under 15mins. Lil did I know yesterday I had a sweet new girl but she was not confident in her work and definitely needs more time! And after about a 30min+ Brazilian I was still charged the same price. I believe all the African American ladies have been fired so it makes me wonder about the culture of the business."

"I have been coming here for years and have never had an issue. I always get my brows simply cleaned up. Today when I came in, I told the waxer (Kayanna) that I have a big event tomorrow and they need to be perfect. She proceeded to change my whole brow shape. I normally have a slightly pointed arch and she rounded it out. These are not my brows. I am extremely disappointed."
