I was very nervous but booked this appointment because of all the great reviews and let me tell you, this appointment did not disappoint! The salon itself is very clean and put together. Everyone there was very friendly. When discussing what I wanted I felt heard and really appreciated that Susan was open and honest with me. Gave her a run for her money with how my hair was already shaped/broken but ended up loving my cut.
