"I specifically went to Supercuts because I was a previous manager for them in California. I love that Supercuts offers specific hair cutting training and other education for the stylists before they are allowed to work with the public. Unfortunately, my 1st stylist said she had been cutting for 28 years. From the 1st snip of hair she cut, I could tell she hadn't had the training. I mentioned it and asked if she had been through the training? She replied , " No, but I have been cutting 28 years. Honestly, as a hairdresser myself, just because you have been doing hair for 28 years doesn't mean you ACTUALLY know how to correctly cut hair. I was VERY specific about wanting 1 inch off of the length, 1/2 inch off of the bangs and 1.5 inches off of the long layers. I could tell she was not listening and unsure of what I wanted. After going around the sides and back of my hair 3 1/2 times, & not cutting anything on top layers that I specifically said leave my long layers heavy on the bottom, I asked her to please stop cutting so I could run my fingers through my hair. I was SHOCKED to see over 4 inches in length was cut off, not the 1 inch I asked for and the back layers were very short, not the weight left. The back was still supposed to just touch my shoulders. Now it's only 2 inches from the nape and is completely above my my shoulders. The sides I put my hands through to check the length and U was shocked to see one side had over 2 inches longer then the other side. The stylist said, "OH I haven't cut that side yet." I said you have cut it 3 times already and it's way shorter all around then I asked for. At the beginning of the cut I told her that I'm dealing with chronic hair loss and it is growing very slowly. I started to cry at know how much shorter it is then I asked. I also knew that it would take a minimum of 8 months to just get the 4 inches of length to grow back. Thankfull, the kind manager, Erin came over and apologized. She said that stylist hadn't had her Supercuts mandated training yet. She went back through my cut and did her best to repair the bad haircut. We decided not to make it 100% even or it would be even shorter. Erin had to return to her client but asked Tracy, now a 3rd person blow dry my hair. I have very curly hair, but like it dried smoothly. Tracy did an incredible job drying and styling my hair! I would go back to this location but would only allow Erin or. Tracy touch my hair. Erin did not charge me for my services, so I left a nice tip for both Tracy and Erin."

"I went to Supercuts on a Sunday on a whim because suddenly I wanted my hair cut short and textured and layered. My hair was really long. Joanna did my hair and she did an awesome job! Loved the cut. She took her time and was professional and knowledgeable."
