Joy Nails

"Went in for a simple acrylic take off. That's it. The woman acted like she no idea what she was doing. She asked me if I wanted a fill, told her no, take off. At this point I had told her twice. Then a man comes over and asked me if I needed a fill. I again said no. I've had my nails done for 20+ years and never has it taken 45 minutes to remove them. After 45 minutes, I had to get back to work she filed them and said ok. There was still acrylic on them! I paid for a waste of my time and now have to pay someone else to finish her half done work."
