"I really enjoyed this salon the first time I came however the second time made me not want to return. Despite showing the lady several inspo pictures for my nails, she made them very long and I asked her several times to make them a little shorter and showed her how short. She then chopped off most of my tips and made my acrylics so short to the point I could have just got gel with no tips. When she was done painting, she continued to file down my nails after I explained that they were really short as is and I ended up leaving with super short nails that have polish filed off on the sides. I’m super disappointed because I loved my nails the first time I went here but this time around they look awful. Every nail is a different shape and the whole process was very rushed. Because I was so upset when I left, I called asking if they can fix my nails and the man at the front desk offered me a refund instead which was very kind however the lady who did my nails called me back saying that they need to remove my nails for my refund. While I understand the reasoning behind it, it still doesn’t fix the fact that my time was wasted here and I now need to make more time for another appointment not only to get them removed but to get them redone elsewhere when I leave for a trip in 1 day. I would’ve preferred that they either 1. Fix my nails or 2. Just refund me. Overall, disappointing and I felt as though they didn’t handle this situation properly."

The owners and everyone were very kind and professional. My ride was running late, and I was able to sit here and chilling, and did some work on my laptop. Thank you so much :)"

"To be honest i was super disappointed with my experience. I had super high hopes but my shape was pretty awful and all the nails looked drastically different. I felt super rushed and it was pretty pricey after tip i paid 83$ for a set and i actually really don’t like them. The staff was super friendly tho and it was Very clean."
