I love this family they have always been a class act. They do a wonderful job and take pride in their business. I will always recommend them and will never get my nails done anywhere else. "I have been going to LA Nails for 20+ years - since right after they opened their first shop in Knoxville. I work in downtown Knoxville and live near Knoxville Center Mall but even when I lived almost an hour away, I would still drive to their shop. I won't go anywhere else to have my nails done. My nails are always very pretty and I am always getting compliments on them. My visits happen every 2 weeks and are the one thing I do totally for myself. Everyone is always nice and Hugh keeps conversations lively bantering with the customers. The entire family is knowledgeable and concerned with making their customers happy. The only time I have seen customers turned away has been if they already have customers booked or waiting and even then, unless it is near closing time, they will be told they can either wait, make an appointment for later, or come back and they will try to work them in. I wish I could give them more stars - they definitely deserve them!"
