"TERRIBLE customer service. The MOST rushed pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Half a**. NO massaging. What so ever. Polish on cuticles. I understand language barriers but that doesn’t excuse just being flat out rude. And not acknowledging you as a person. Who ever the woman that was in there today should not have a job. Plum. Rude. And their tip today reflected because of it. I’m ALWAYS a great tipper but today it was a 0$ for her."

"Received a dip mani, everyone was super nice and clean salon, however I am on day 3 and already starting to chip! Not happy with that! Added a few pics on day 6, top layer is completely peeling off! Not happy!"

"Had white tip acrylic nails put on. Price wasnt bad they were offering a holiday special. I did however notice they left a woman at the foot spa for a really long time to come do my friends nails and would bounce back and forth. Never once seen the guy wash his hands but he may have i dont know... I just know if i had been that woman that was left at the for spa for at least 45 mins so they could tend to another customer i would have probably left especially considering that woman was there first and in the middle of her pedi when we arrived. The nail shaping is about average cant really complain when i only paid $25. The nails seem to last well tho. Over all ok experience but i prob won't go back. Picture is after about 2 weeks"
