"After checking in online, I was able to walk right in and immediately see a stylist. Skyla had me in and out in less than 10 minutes; she trimmed my split ends, checked that I was okay with the length, and even put my hair half-up in the same style I came in with. Good experience!"

"I brought my 7-year-old son for a haircut, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hairstylist seemed impatient and rude, especially when my son was uncomfortable. Instead of offering assistance, she insisted on following instructions to my son. I suggest providing training on working with children for a more positive experience."

"I've never cried about a haircut until this one! I went into Great Clips with hair almost down to my butt and asked Leah for a 3 inch trim with long layers and came out about 9 inches shorter and crazy texturing and layers that landed me with shoulder length hair when I went to a professional to have the cut fixed. I have a wedding in about 6 month and am devastated. Don't go!!"

"I recently took my 3 and 5yr olds there and it was an excellent experience. Professional and efficient service, clean space, fair prices and accommodating for little kids deserves a 5 star review! We usually do haircuts at home but it's nice to take a break from it occasionally and I'm thankful we have this option close by."
