"Umm yeah no. Short Version: Unprofessional, Rude, Bad Customer Service. Long Version: I called to get information about box braid extensions yesterday at 10:51am (Oct 31, 2023). The business phone line did not ring. It went straight to VM. So, I left a message and also texted. Someone responded. I was trying to actually have a conversation to see if I wanted to set an appointment, so I asked for a good time to chat. The person responded with, "Once I charge my phone I'll call you." That was at 12:57pm. Well, I never got a call back or update that entire day. So, I waited a little bit today (Nov 1, 2023) for an update. None came. I texted at 1:08p, "Hi. Have you charged your phone yet or???" They respond with, "NO, what do you need." Girl bye. What I need is for you to be professional with potential clients trying to get their hair done at your hair salon. What I need is for you to do what you said you were going to do. What I NEED is less of a rotted attitude and better customer service. Luckily, people will show you exactly who they are and this is why I wanted the phone call in the first place. Absolutely not giving someone like this my time of day or my hard-earned money for hair care. Plenty of other options out there people. Do not settle for disrespect and being disregarded by someone who obviously could care less if they attract new clients. Say less."
