"I waited for over 30 minutes to be seated, and no one acknowledged me. Once I was seated another girls wallet and belongings were left in front of me while she was in the bathroom. I asked for a simple french tip with black polish, she painted half of my nail black with no arch and most of the lines are very uneven. I spent 98 dollars on nails I was VERY unsatisfied with. The second photo is what I showed her and the first one is what I got. If your in this area I would NOT recommend this place at all."

"I gave this place another chance, as they disappointed me the first time. The first time I went a few months ago, I asked for regular nail polish and got gel instead and paid about $100 plus a tip for it. Way out of my budget. The second time I went was yesterday and the result is pictured below. There are weird red chips in the polish that the nail tech just left there and my cuticles are destroyed. Furthermore, the polish looks like it was applied hurriedly and it unfortunately looks very poorly done. I don’t have anything against the nail tech personally as she is a nice person, but I think management needs to re-evaluate them and make sure that they’re putting in 100% effort when working with peoples’ hands and taking their money. I hate to say it but I’m done going to this salon. The nails I got are honestly just unacceptable."
