"Honestly I don’t get the negative reviews. First off let me say that this salon was CLEAN. First of all I was immediately offered a beverage. I can not remember the last time a salon actually did this. Any reusable items were immediately set aside for sanitation and the foot scrubber and well as a few other items were meant for one time use and disposed of. A timer was set for the leg massage, which was so transparent. I got dip on my nails and normally leave a salon with the powder and glue all over my fingers. I normally have to go home and clean my hands, but my technician took his time make sure the it was removed. At the end he even used a hot hand towel to make sure it was all off. To speak more on the vibes it was quiet and super chill. All of this to say, I felt like my experience was absolutely worth the money."

"Sooo, I recently left this salon a 5 star review and my previous review is underneath this one. I don’t want to delete it because the artist did a great job on my nails but I’m really disappointed in the experience that I had tonight. I had called the salon on my lunch break and asked the lady who answered if I could make an appointment for 6:30 pm. She told me yes that I could come at that time. I got to the salon at 6:33 pm and it was closed…. I called the salon again and the guy that I talked to really offered me no explanation or resolution besides coming back tomorrow. And I understand that people want to go home and all that but why was I told that I could come in at 6:30 pm if that wasn’t a possible appointment time? Just extremely disappointed as I wasn’t informed before I had driven all the way to the salon that it wasn’t going to work out. Previous 5 star review - Danny absolutely killed it on my nails. I asked for a fall pumpkin moment and he gave it to me. I think they’re so cute! I love them! Thank you, Danny! Also, the salon was so relaxing. My experience was great. Highly recommend!!"

"I normally don’t leave reviews like this but I don’t think I’ve ever been so unhappy with a service before. I made an appointment with Jenny 2 days before I went in (someone recommended her) when I arrived, I told them who I was and that I had an appointment. No one checked who I was supposed to be with or what I was there for, they just told me to sit down at a table. I don’t even know that I got Jenny. They had one book of swatches for me to choose from for dip, literally. Maybe like 20 colors to choose from. So I just did black with chrome. I don’t think the girl who did my nails had ever done chrome because she had to take it off a couple times and re-do it. I was there for 2 hours. Everyone that had came in after me, left before me. I would’ve said something there, but I just wanted to leave. Who I’m assuming is the manager came over and looked at my nails and asked if I liked them so I’m not sure if they thought they looked bad? I spent $84 for bumpy, awfully shaped nails. A week later one has already came off and the top coat is already chipping on them. The girl who did them was so sweet but this was not a good experience at all."
