The quality of the manicure was poor, with noticeable imperfections and a lack of precision in the polish application. Adding to the discomfort, the staff frequently engaged in conversations in their own language, at times seeming to discuss clients, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This experience was far from what one would expect at a nail salon, both in terms of service quality and customer respect."
