"Every time i’ve been here they have done a great job. Every acrylic set and pedicure has been amazing. I went to a nail place closer to my house and they did absolutely horrible so i immediately drove to Luxy Nails and asked them if they would fix my nails for me. It was a short wait for not having an appointment and they filed, drilled, reshaped, and polished my nails for only $25. Along with their great service they are also great people. I highly recommend this place. The staff members are all so kind and everything is clean, quick, and done well. Best nails in spring hill!"

"I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I went in for a simple manicure and pedicure, and the nail tech was clearly rushing, with someone else coming over laughing saying something about “gel”. They both laughed as she looked at the terrible job he was doing. I didn’t get gel because I needed to be able to remove my polish for work, so I can only assume they were just not interested in my basic mani. I almost left, but decided to stick it out and follow through with the pedicure; however, after seeing my nails, I asked for no polish on my pedi. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for both mani and pedi. The technician told me I was good to go, but nails were destroyed 5 minutes after I left the salon when I went to target to buy nail polish remover because the nail polish was so bad. I wish I took a picture before they smudged, because they were worse than I could do myself, as you can see with nail polish all over skin and hang nails everywhere. I also wish I had left when my gut told me to, or asked for a refund there but didn’t want to be rude. Instead, I paid the $71 they charged me AND left a tip for their time. :("
