"I'd like to start on a positive note. The style I received was well done and my hair was detangled with a lite touch but that is the extent of the service I received. Common courtesy and professional is strongly lacking. Asking a patron how they are doing today and if they are pleased with the service you provided is just common sense which did not occur during my visit. Additionally, subjecting your patron to mindless chatter while they receive their service is beyond my understanding. My experience with this salon lacked any professional etiquette on any level."

"5 stars all around! This salon has 3 stylists who all specialize in natural hair. Sisterlocs, loc maintenance, crochets, sew-ins, updos, rods, double strands. They do it all! I have been coming to them since they started in 2011 and I trust them for my & my daughter's haircare needs. Online booking and app payments accepted. Aaaannnndddd they have a boutique inside the salon that has African inspired jewelry and purses."
