"Rough, rushed, and painful- the opposite of what a manicure should be! Told her I wanted them trimmed a little and she chopped them so short. The worst part was the heat lamp that was so hot it burned my hand! She tried to tell me that it was quicker at drying! I told her I’d rather take longer and be pain free! Oh, and there was NO massage (my favorite part). Spend your money where you can actually relax. I will not be returning!"

"I decided to give this salon a try bad mistake!! I needed a basic manicure the lady helping me shaped my nails nicely then barely pushed my cuticles back and proceeded to cut dry cuticles at no point did she put cuticle softener soak my nails nothing. The lady then disappears, says nothing to me and goes to help the lady behind me when she returned, approximately 25 minutes later, I asked her a simple question which was it says you do cuticle care in your basic manicure. This is traditionally done before you cut cuticles so they don’t split. The lady proceeds to speak in her native tongue to the other lady, which was totally rude, because I had no idea what she was saying and we are in America so in a business I believe you should speak English. At that point I had had enough, so I just walked out. I do not recommend this nail salon for any reason at all not even the cheaper prices. Apparently you get what you pay for, and they cut corners. As I walked out, the lady laughed at me which I found extremely rude, unprofessional! However, I do recommend tulip, nails, and Hermitage across the street from the main post office. They will take excellent care of you."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done, I showed what I wanted they said they couldn’t do the design I was ok with that just wanted a matte grey but once they put dip powder on it was black (the container looked dark grey so I didn’t think it was black), The shape of my nails are also wrong (I wasn’t sure what the shape is called I showed a picture of what I wanted), I repeated multiple times this wasn’t what I wanted and asked if this was gonna be matte grey, for $75 before the tip I would expect better service. This was the photo I showed vs what they gave me"

"This is my 3rd time going to them for dip. I appreciate a small business and they usually do a pretty decent, but this time was really the last straw. I waited about 30 mins and she completed my service in under 25 mins. She rushed, never asked what shape I wanted, didn’t cut my cuticles, and my nails look simply painted. I’ve never been the type to leave a bad review but if you are looking for decent nails and service, I would just say to look somewhere else. try it if you want, their prices are pretty good but you get less than you pay for."
