"Marcia cut my husband's hair yesterday and it genuinely looked like she cut his hair with her eyes closed.. His side burns were uneven, she missed a big spot of hair on one sideburn, and his hair had several places that looked, for lack of a better term, chunky! I feel like she could have done a better job, but he said she was chatting with the other hairdressers and not paying any attention to his hair!"

"I’ve had many great experiences at this great clips establishment. I’ve had many barbers there. And I’ve also had zero complaints for many years. But the last time I went was a disaster. My last cut involved a fade on the sides and that was horrible. It was a very uneven and wasn’t level on the back. Not to mention the belly fat rubbing against my arms on the arm rests, that was uncomfortable to say the least. I didn’t complain in store because I didn’t feel like making a scene and I’ll just get my hair fixed someplace else. Does this experience dictate how I feel about the whole establishment? It doesn’t, like I’ve said, I’ve had many good haircuts there, but make sure you choose your barber and make sure she knows what she is doing."
