Son's Nails

"I have been going here for years! I am a regular customer and I always tip very well. I went to get a manicure and within 24 hours all my polish chipped off. So I will no longer be a customer.. and my nails are very sticky."

"Today i went in for a pedicure and my nails to be done at Sons nails. The three different nail techs in the shop worked on me. My toe was cut and bled while getting my pedicure and it was completely ignored and shoved back into the foot bath. (Pic). Praying an infection doesn’t come from this. Another tech began drilling the acrylic off of my nails while I was in the pedicure chair and got dust ALL over my clothes, legs and even in my hair and proceeded to halfway dust my pants off with a towel. (pic after dusted). On top of the poor service, I was charged more than what they advertise and argued with about the pricing. To only get home, sit down and try to finally relax, I rubbed my feet together and find that the bottom of my feet are more rough now than they were before having this service provided. After analyzing the bottom of my feet i can see all the marks from where the lady “scrubbed” them and missed about half of my heel.. and must I add that I had to fix the filing of my own fingernails so that I wouldn’t injure someone every time my hands came into contact with my own body or someone elses. (Which was done by the third nail tech). To say I had a relaxing experience at the nail salon while 8 months pregnant is the furthest from the truth. Do not recommend this place. If I knew something would be done if I were to report the business then I would. However, the process to do so is not the easiest and I don’t feel like wasting anymore of my time on this place. Save your self a headache and choose somewhere else."

"These ppl probably hate me. But they were very nice and fast. I had my 3 year old and still I always tip generously. They do great work and accept me if I call and come in. After 6"

"Love this place. Been going for year. Great set no lifting. I didn't give 5 stars for 2 reasons. When I get shellac polish it peels off sometimes (I feel because it's too thick or not fully dry). Then there is the slight attitude or feeling of offense when you speak of not being satisfied with something that you're paying for. I discreetly say I'm not satisfied with something and they let the entire shop know by speaking loudly to me."
