"Don’t come here if you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience. Pretty cluttered, workers talk pretty loud and close to me the entire time, and massages aren’t comfortable. Wasn’t necessarily dirty or anything, just not relaxing or laid back at all. I feel like I was rushed."

"I had an appt today at 9:00am with Cam. It wasn’t unusual considering I come here often. I got dip nails with a pedicure. I chose to colors for my nails, regular green color and a sparkle green for one of my fingers in each hand. While my nails were being done I realized that the sparkle color was much more darker green and I really didn’t like how the combination looked. I told Cam that the colors weren’t matching how I’d like and she replied “ pretty, it doesn’t have to match”. I then stated “ yes they’re pretty but I would like the sparkle color a lighter color to match better with the other nails, she ignored me. Next thing she told me to go to the pedicure chair, I did. I brought up the nails again and told her I wanted them changed but she said it will be $15 for each finger( it was 2 fingers total). I said $15 for polish? She then changed the price to $10 total, she was clearly being difficult. She then started speaking in her language to the other workers that were their obviously talking about me. About a minute later the owner, came and ask why I wanted the color changed, I repeated myself and just told him the color wasn’t matching how I’d like it too. This went on for about 5 minutes, I declined the nail color changed. I went over to the desk to dry my feet polish and gave Cam my card for payment. After payment was received she came and asked me for a tip, I declined. She stated “ no love today”, I usually tip her but because I was not happy with the service today, I didn’t. She then went on to say what is the issue? Do you not like your nails, causing a scene in the shop. I told her, we already discussed what the issue was when I was in the chair, no need to cause a scene. She walked up on me and went on and on getting other workers involved. I told her she was only causing a scene because I didn’t tip her. I walked out of the store feeling embarrassed and Unwelcome. I never thought I would ever get this type of treatment from Cam after going to her many different times before. She made this situation difficult and could have just let it go after I paid her. I won’t be coming here anymore and yes you’ve lost a customer!"
