"Spent 30 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room followed by another 45 minutes in the little room without ever seeing the nurse or doctor. If you have time to waste sitting around then yes I highly recommend this place."

"I showed up for my appointment 30 minutes early like I was asked in order to fill out paperwork and forms. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM and I was in the exam room by 1:20 PM. No big deal, as I understand healthcare can be unpredictable, and the staff and providers can get a little behind. However, I feel that it is important to be considerate of your patient’s time as well. I could hear the staff and some of the providers at the charting station, talking, giggling, and carrying on. While generally speaking that isn’t a problem, it becomes one when you have patient’s waiting over 40 minutes to be seen past their scheduled time. Any kind of communication would have been appreciated, but I was placed in an exam room and basically forgotten. I finally walked out of the room at 2:00 PM, and let them know I didn’t have time to be seen. I wasted 4 hours of sick time from my work for absolutely nothing."

"The wait is very long. It seems they take more appointments than they have the capacity to do so. 45mins plus waiting after my appointment time. Got to a room and then more waiting. Nurse and or assistant asked me a question as I was explaining- she got a call, said she had to leave, came back and shut the door. Never finished explaining… still more waiting. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I made an appointment for 11:15 and the text said to please get there 30 minutes early for first-time patient paperwork. I arrived at 10:40, and sat there until I couldn’t anymore, which was 1 pm. I walked to the lady at the desk and told her I had to go back to work and couldn’t wait any longer. She said, “I’m so sorry, would you like to reschedule?” Nope. They want to charge you if you don’t show up, but apparently your time means nothing. If someone would’ve just let me know what was going on, I may have been ok with the wait. The lady next to me had been there since 10:15. Terrible. Pack your lunch if you make an appointment there."

"I typically go to the Germantown office and am seen there. However, I am experiencing a pretty bad breakout and needed to be seen sooner. My appointment was at 1:00 and it is currently 2:41. I was sat in the exam room with no update on how much longer it would be. Finally, I came out and found a nurse. I was told that there were two patients before me and that I am currently looking at another forty-five minutes. That will put me at almost three hours before I can even be seen by the doctor. My advice to anyone considering getting an appointment here would be to ensure that you don’t have any additional task for the day. Many of the current reviews reflect extremely long wait times. I should have read them prior to booking."
