I have never been dissatisfied when I walk out of this Supercuts. I love how they take care to ask me what I want and how they always manage to cut it just right. I highly recommend this salon."

"Google says that the store is open, I booked a haircut time, received two separate text messages confirming my haircut time, drove from work in Midtown Memphis to come here to get my haircut, and it’s closed. What you can do is go onto Google and change the hours that you’re open, to show people that it’s closed. Another idea is to not send confirmation messages for haircuts when you don’t plan to be at the store. Or you could just continue to do exactly the same thing you’re doing."
