"Been here multiple times for the pharmacy and every single experience is uniquely difficult. My cell number won’t work randomly despite multiple texts to remind me of different Rx available for refill. Each time me or my husband goes for a kids RX they pull up a different address from the last ten years. We are active duty military and have used Walgreens all over the country and here is by far the least efficient pharmacy and lacking in customer experience."
"I had an interaction by Lane today and he was very helpful. The store was neat and tidy . There was a nice looking AC contraption near the entrance ."
"Wonderful service! I live in Oakland and our Walgreens is notoriously awful, so I personally had a prescription transferred to this one due to not having the medicine. (Oakland Walgreens staff didn't "know how"). So anyway, not only did they assist me with filling the prescription but every employee there was friendly and helpful! Every employee greeted me with a "Welcome to Walgreens" and friendly smile. In Oakland they avoid eye contact at all cost and ignore you. I wish whoever the manager is could retrain or rehire the Oakland staff."
"When the lead pharmacist retired a couple of years ago it started going down hill. I had an appointment to get my covid-19 vaccine 3rd shot. Filled out all paper work online as requested . Got to store 10 minutes early. Stood at the window for 6 minutes before anyone asked could they help. They acted like it was a problem to wait on me. Told them I had appointment and was told I would need to fill out paperwork again as they did not get what was done online. I had my appointment sheet printed with number but she said that would not do. Also would be a while before they could get to me. She handed my vaccine card back filled out that I had received the 3rd shot. I told her I did not have the extra hour and would go elsewhere. She walked off leaving me at the window. I waited till the pharmacist came my and told her I was leaving and could she note on card that I had not received my shot. She had another girl give me a new card. The first girl never said sorry, thank you, or glad you came by. She had her back to me most of the time looking at a computer screen across the room. All I could see was the tattoo on the back of her neck, I never saw her face but for a second. Have no ideal what her name was as I did not see name tag. They need someone to manage staff in this area. Pharmacist seemed to be working like crazy, but many others were just marking time. Being a great Pharmacist does not mean you are a great manager."
"We’ve been with this pharmacy since they opened. They had WONDERFUL pharmacists AND assistants. So friendly and helpful. They knew me by name. When the lead pharmacist retired the other wonderful pharmacist was moved to another location and half the assistants were changed out as well. Now I know ONE assistant. BOTH pharmacists are extremely unfriendly and the one who gave me my Covid shot was cold when I attempted to have lighthearted conversation with her. I don’t recall her even responding. Get it together!!!!! Replace these two pharmacists with two who actually at least act like they care!! What’s going on???"
