"I went to the store on South highland in Jackson TN. She literally cut off millimeters of my hair and still charged me $25. That's crazy. I feel ripped of. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. The lady looked at me stupid. Literally took all of five minutes to cut. She didn't even line up the back of my neck said it would be extra. And in the end it looked like she didn't do anything to it. I feel ripped off. THIS PLACE SUCKS. DIDNT EVEN FIX MY HAIR LET IT WET AND SHE WAS DONE. I would never recommend this place to anyone. She cut of so little hair that she didn't even have to sweep it up."

"I went to get my hair dye and cut today First there was drama I don’t know what over something about who was going to do my hair that should’ve been the cue for me to walk out but it wasn’t nice lady name Lisa dyed my hair, but she didn’t have everything she needed for the color I needed, and my hair ended up read the manager act like she didn’t really care the lady Lisa tell me to come back and she would redo it so I did, and she tried. To make it better, but it’s still turned out red. I have no idea what is going on in this salon, but I do know that I didn’t get the service that I was supposed to. I’m not happy, not upset with the lady that tried her best because she tried, but the manager left her there by herself, knowing there was a problem with a customer that paid $114 to get her hair done and it is red steel and my hair is brown I will never go back to the salon again, but not because of the lady that did my hair because of the salon manager that doesn’t have it together? I recommend to not give this business your business"

"I came in with a botched haircut and almost in tears. Christie did such an amazing job with not only fixing my hair but also making me feel better about it. I won't go anywhere else now! All of the women here are great and so friendly!"

"Do not go here!!! Terrible decision!! I went in with shoulder length hair for a cut the (bob) had my own pics plainly describe i did NOT want the very short version i wanted to keep it as long as possible. I was ensured it could be done an so forth. The cut is not what I wanted by no means it is extremely short the sides are maybe 1inch from my ear lobes. Then I went with all over highlights which are okay she blow dried my hair No flat iron or anything when I paid $103.00. I will NEVER go there again. Highly dissatisfied. I will stick to my usual stylist no matter what the circumstances. Do not go here unless u want an awful hair style that they try to make u feel great about because they know they screwed up. They don't even deserve the one star. I wish it would let post my before, my now, an the my pics of the style I wanted."
