"CVS is always clean and well maintained. All the employees are very nice and helpful, actually cheerful. I stopped shopping at CVS when they stopped selling cigarettes. I support their decision, but I'm not going to a second store to get what I need. Today, I went to two other stores before going to CVS. One didn't have milk, my only reason to go shopping. The other store was closed. I was happy to go to CVS because I wanted to also get something that I had forgotten about. It's hard not to impulse shop at CVS, but I wasn't feeling well so I just got what I needed. CVS is a very nice place to shop, and they have some things that I use, that other stores don't have. CVS isn't in my prescription plan, but I have needed service from the pharmacy. Once, I had a wound that I couldn't bandage properly. I went to the pharmacy for help. A pharmacist helped me, and she was very kind and gentle. Today, I didn't have my glasses, so I went to the pharmacy to ask a sweet lady to read the literature for me. The information wasn't on the box, so she opened it to get the information sheet. It took some time because the information wasn't easy to find. She found it and told me that I needed distilled water. She was a very nice lady and determined to help me identify the water that I needed for a Nettie pot. I have used the pharmacy drive-thru, and they were great, nice, polite and helpful."

"I have been trying to get prescriptions transferred from here to another pharmacy. They refuse to transfer them. The pharmacy techs from Kroger have requested countless times and are told “we don’t have time”. Worst service EVER and there’s no one to register a complaint with. The pharmacist there was incredibly rude to me when I went by and asked them to please transfer the prescriptions. Who oversees this place???"
