Work Wear Safety Shoes

"Beware of the warranty! It doesn’t state which warranty covers your shoes or not. I went for a return or exchanges after reading the warranty information on the website (30,60,90 days) comfort warranty and when I went for an exchange the lady at the desk told she cant do it as they only cover 30 days warranty. I think they could have been clear about this and the reason I am returning it is because it started to hurt my right toe and composite part is rubbing against it. I gave it one star for not conforming to the policy stated. I even went on changing the insole but still wasn’t comfortable and still hurts. Please when you come here clarify! The lady is a little rude as well. Bad customer service."
