"I brought my wedding dress in here the first week of March or so. Maybe even before. I had them completely change my reception dress and it was a nightmare. I was asked to come in so many times and the work was not completed. I can deal with that. However, my wedding gown was completely butchered. Ling or Lang in the back does such a POOR job and didnt care that this dress is my wedding gown and the cost of $1700+ is outrageous for what poor quality I received. I was pressured into taking my dress home yesterday and when I got all home I showed my mother and she cried for me at how bad the work was on it. They ruined my low cut back stitching as they added elestic, as I asked, but it was done so bad everything is scrunched and the stitching overlaps so bad. They cut off my belt and added a shoe string to the back and when I was upset just made it seem that it was my problem. I was too scared to voice my opinion as my opinion didnt matter anyway...... They put in another belt (after cutting off my old one) and put it on crooked, now my lace is scrunched at the sides AND they charged me for work they had to fix at the last minute.... She also charged me to take my dress in (they never took it in) and she made me feel stupid and fat when asking why it was like that. For ANYkind of money, Id never ever tell anyone to go here. Lastly, I am reporting this place to the BBB and putting a poor review on yep also. I wish I could add pictures..."

"Over the years I have brought suits, shirts, jeans and a plethora of other items to Bea; her work speaks for itself! I moved to Los Angeles years ago and I have yet to find anyone, SERIOUSLY ANYONE in LA that can replicate the quality of her work! I now bring my suits with me when I come back to Dallas to visit my family, she’s honestly that good! Bea makes my suits drape beautifully and the meticulous way she fits the shoulders reflect her attention to even the most irreducible detail and measurement, she has a gift in turning off the rack into savile row! Bea is a lovely and sincere person and although higher than other tailors, her work is worth every single penny! Bea is truly a métier of her craft!"
