"Used this business for years as my goto massage place, but sadly not anymore. Purchased a gift certificate for my wife, and when she tried to book an appointment, they told her that they were booked up through the year, because they are so short staffed. Unfortunately, the gift certificate I purchased has an expiration date, that I didn’t see, and they won’t honor it past December. (This started the 2nd week of October) Their only resolution for me was to hope they had a cancellation , and to tell my wife “it would be wise to take what comes open” because she might not be able to get the full paid for massage. She may have to settle for some of their other salon offerings. Calvin stopped communicating after that, even after multiple emails."

"Very disappointed with the gift package I bought my Mother for Mother's Day. I bought her a package to get a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure. My Mother was informed that she can not book her massage and facial on the same day. She was also informed that they can not book her for a pedicure or manicure that I paid for. I paid for her to be able to have a half of day of pampering and relaxation. Now she can not get two of the services that I paid for, and she can not even get her other pampering services on the same day! Horrible, I will never purchase anything else from this location, and will tell anyone I know not to buy any gift certificates to this location."

"LOVED our first experience here. Everyone single person we encountered was wonderful. My husband loved his services, especially his pedicure, she was so sweet. All of the rooms are very nice. It was very quiet and relaxing."

"I had a gift certificate from my husband for this place. I asked for blonde highlights. My hair turned out brown basically with lighter brown highlights. I went up there to talk to the stylist about it and she was downright defensive saying it was the way my hair pulled. What?? I've gotten highlights many times in my life and have never walked out looking like a 12 year old did my hair. My roots are alot lighter and a different color and it's very blotched in places like the picture shows. I've never been this disappointed in results from a stylist. She simply doesn't have enough experience for this type of request. I'm asking for a full refund since I was told she didn't want to mess my hair up twice. Would not recommend.....update: I went up there and spoke with the owner about my hair and to show her what it looked like. She said it didn't look bad. Are you blind ma'am? She refused to give me a refund. So now I gotta spend more money to correct their mess? My hair looks awful!!!!! I've never seen such... she won't give me a refund because I used a gift certificate. That my HUSBAND purchased..."

"Ok i went on my bday 11/27/2020 for a relaxing experience. I usually never leave reviews but there were a few things that bothered me. First, the young lady that gave the massage did a fantastic job she was professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. Now, it kind of goes downhill from there. The facial i received was actually really good the issue is the man that performed my facial fingers smelled like cigarettes. Not sure how anyone else feels but it was just not great to smell someone touching your face and their fingers smelling like cigarettes. Lastly, the manicure and pedicure. First, the express pedicure is basically just polishing your feet no cleaning, no scrubbing, no soaking, none of what u would get if u went to a nail shop. It cost the same price with less benefits definitely completely not worth it and would never do the nail services again. Now, got my nails and feet done friday started chipping the next day saturday again it would last longer going to a regular nail shop, which is what i have to do now and spend more money. Bottom Line, for what i paid $150.00 only the massage was worth it. Skip all other services especially the nail services"
