"So, about Bibby- I mean Twan. Let me tell you about what should’ve been an easy loc installation on 4/11: 1. He was 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. 2. He left me in a cap at the sink for a half hour while he ran errands. 3. He was sent picture one (the only one with uniformity and small squares) and said he could do it, no problem. What he gave me though was the other pictures. So not only can he not part correctly or evenly, his ability to gauge size is nonexistent. To be clear, the first picture is of me as well so it’s not like I sent a random magazine pic of someone with different facial/head structure. Nope. 4. When he “finished” and handed me a mirror, I was mortified and told him to wash it out and I’d go elsewhere bc it wasn’t remotely what I asked for. At first he tried to act like he didn’t see what I was talking about even though we can ALL see it. But then he practically begged me to let him “fix it”. 5 hours after getting to the shop, tired, hungry, and with glasses barely useful at all bc they were covered in various stuff, I said his last attempt was fine, paid half price ($50) and left. When I got home, cleaned my glasses and took pictures with my phone I was mortified AGAIN. The parting was still horrible- farm squares in some places, triangles and zig zags in others. I messaged to say I was dissatisfied and would be by the next day so he could fix it. He said ok. Next day he’s nowhere to be found and giving me the runaround about when and where I could meet him to just get my money back because that morning I’d realized just how bad the parting was and that I wasn’t going to live with or let him near my head again so I washed it out myself. 6. He KNEW he did a bad job bc he apologized profusely for messing it up the first time, thanked me for making him better and even had the nerve to say I was the first customer who wanted my PERMANENT hairstyle to be almost perfect. Seriously. 7. Oh and when I went by the shop to see him he wasn’t there (not shocking) but his wife was and was rude while being in the process of messing up a woman’s glue in weave with the wrong bangs as I stood there. Don’t waste your time or your money on these people. No stars. The one that’s visible is only there bc I had to choose it to start the review."
