"Straight to the point. Guy didnt do a terrible job but I had to go home and reshape them as they werent what I wanted and were EXTREMELY misshapen. Save your money and spend an extra $20 somewhere else that has better quality"

"Worst customer service I have ever received. I waited 2 hours for nothing as I couldn’t be attended by anyone. The workers hardly spoke to me about the wait time or made any attempt to speak to me at all. I can not vouch for their work but for me it seems excessive to wait that long for a full set. I would highly recommend any other nail salon than this poorly managed place. Please don’t waste your time here as the smell of chemicals was everywhere which in most salons they try to ventilate it out; however, this salon did not. The place was very dirty as it looked like the store hadn’t been cleaned in months. Please listen to the other one star reviews as I can not see who could give this salon anything more than 2 stars."

"While home for the holidays, my mom and I decided to get a mani/pedi. The lady who did my mom's nails was very nice but the lady (who mom said is the owner) was not. She never smiled, she was very rough and hurt me several times. I will never go back."
