"My 2022 Ford Maverick died at a gas station yesterday morning, No response, no dashboard lights, Nothing…… I called FOM (Ford of Murfreesboro) and was given another number to call…. I filled out the service requests and the truck was towed to FOM yesterday. Not hearing anything from FOM by this morning, I called and reached my service advisor. I am not satisfied with the response I received…. - a text update was sent to a wrong number ( no other follow up) - was told it would be 3 or 4 days before they can get it in to diagnose the issue - I asked about a loaner car and was told that they are not covered by warranty until the truck is diagnosed - I asked what am I supposed to do for a car-and was told “ I understand that it can be frustrating……. That’s it"
