"I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Went in on a Friday for oil change. I notice a burning smell when I got home but didn’t think too much of it. Went out of town Saturday morning and when we stopped 3 hours later, smoke was pouring out. I popped the hood and more smoke. Looking into it, there is a good amount of oil on the exhaust manifold. The oil filter is located to the right of that so when they pulled the filter out, they poured what oil was in it, on top of the motor and exhaust. There was oil on plastic engine cover, air box was covered in oil. Lack of training or experience. Every time I try to get ahold of a manager, I’m told the manager isn’t available or I just don’t hear back. I’ve been going here for years. But I won’t go back. $100 for an oil change, and I’ll have to pay another $100 to have someone professionally clean the engine compartment so the smell and smoke will stop. I’ll be going to an actual mechanic for future oil changes."
