"Please have your workers clean the shower rooms THOROUGHLY. I walked into a “clean” shower room with urine splashed all over the toilet seat. I shouldn’t have to pay $17.00 for a “clean, hot shower” to find urine on the toilet seat. It’s UNACCEPTABLE and points to the laziness of third shift cleaners. Do better."

"This facility is brand new and offers plenty of options for eating such as a Godfather's a Hardee's. The loves food is displayed nicely clean easy to get in and out of. The parking lot has plenty of space and the fuel island is perfect for fueling. The showers are perfect, short wait, got right in . Very clean and sanitize for my protection. If your dear couchville Pike on the 840 outside of Nashville this is a perfect stop a definite recommend."

"I stay at this Love's Travel Stop every weekend unless I have an event to attend and the showers are never thoroughly cleaned. One time, there were dirty towels still left in the shower. The food area is most often dirty...very nasty floor, especially in the drink areas. The trash cans are usually never put back in place around the property after being dumped. It seems like most of the staff are not coming to actually work because everything is either half done or not done at all. What's up with this property? This is really sad as this is a fairly new facility and it is not being maintained properly. This is generally a sign of poor management. Someone needs to check on this store ASAP."

"Nice stop on a stretch of road without much to offer. Plenty of gas pumps and clean restrooms as you would expect with this chain. Three separate choices for fast food, Petros chili chip cups which also has potatoes and salads. Godfather pizza , and Hardee's burger joint. Small dog park with a bench is outgrowth also."

"Nicest Loves I’ve been to in a while. Brand new loves just 10 miles south of I-40. Definitely worth the extra miles. Hot and beautiful showers, towels smell real nice, manager says they wash in Lysol detergent. Shop is open. This place has been open for 10 days and it looks it. Still smells brand new. This is my new favorite Loves in the whole country. Diesel $2.27"
