He makes his momma cry based around his behavior, and his daddy can't be seen in polite society! "Bought 4 new tires for my big SUV. TOOK IT IN FKR TIRE BALANCE AND LIFE TKME ALIGNMENT. They claimed they could not align because my hub assembly was bad. Took it to my life time mechanic and nothing was wrong. Not even loose. Took it in a second time for tire balance and they said I needed new tires. Mine are less than 1 year old and I bought them there! SHE was surprised to see I had bought them there less than a year ago. I am not a fan amid being ripped off. I will never go there for tires again."

"I have previously had pretty good luck with most Tire Discounters locations, including this one. Two days ago I made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. ("first thing") for a tire rotation and front end alignment. I specifically wanted 8:00 a.m. because I got off work at 7:30 and had been up all night. I wanted to get it done and get home. So here I sit at what is nearly midnight to me but what is noon to most people. After an hour and 40 minutes they finally put my truck on the rack. So I went back inside and just sat and listened to music and tried not to fall asleep. I saw them bring my truck to the front door and it was finally another 30 minutes before they called my name. I asked what they found about investigating a popping noise that I had added to the service request. Turns out the tech had already left, so they didn't know. My guess is that he is the last person on Earth without a phone because I know my work would have called me. I purchased a 3-year alignment plan and after I paid my $200, I asked for the alignment sheet. Their printer is out of ink and they don't know when they'll get it (there is a Target, Best Buy and other stores practically next door, so it must be some special ink). So I asked again if they knew what had been done on the alignment. The tech has already left. Not sure if it's the same Tech but if it's not, they have two techs that don't have phones. So I asked if there was a screenshot that I could take a picture of. Apparently it's not saved in their computer system or the alignment machine or anything. They did volunteer to put it back up on the rack again and show the alignment screen to me. But I wanted to know if anything had to be done so that defeated the purpose. I keep very strict records on my vehicles and I wanted the sheet. So basically I spent $200 but didn't get everything I requested and it took 2 hours longer than it should have. I'm giving them two stars because they were very apologetic and offered things like putting it on the rack again and getting the service manager to investigate the popping. But come on, I've already been here for nearly 4 hours and it should have already been done 2 hours ago. It's midnight to me and I'm ready to go. A whole lot of people got their service done and left before mine and I was scheduled FIRST thing according to the guy two days ago."
