"This is one of the worst dentist offices around our area. We originally used a dentist in Knoxville whom we loved. But, due to illness he is no longer practicing. So, we chose this facility for convenience to where we live. The staff is incredibly rude. Especially the actual dentist. And it always seems as if they're are 6 people in the back. Standing around where I can clearly see them. Talking about their linch or gossip. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!"

I have no issues remembering my appointments because they message me with reminders. Right from the start Dan,Wendy, Candi, and all the staff made me feel welcomed and cherished as a patient here. "Over the years, we have had experience with many dental offices. From adults to special needs children and all in between. This office surpasses them all. They are absolutely wonderful with my 10 yo son and genuinely care. After 4 dental offices, Mountian Dental resolved my son's tooth pain without need for extraction. The hygienists and dentist are caring and compassionate. The office staff is great! It seems extraction is the go to since the pandemic put dental care so far behind but this office doesn't take the easy path, they do what's best for the individual patient."
